As Management Contractor REDCO also provides a set of independent services, which include; the management and coordination of all Project Design aspects, Procurement and Construction activities, as well as the implementation, and coordination of the various tasks that form part of the client overall project workload. In this case REDCO provides single-source accountability and serves as the equivalent of an in-house project implementation Team.

Procurement

The General Trading business of REDCO involves procurement and supply of selected construction material, construction light duty equipment and tools rental. On account of our healthy relationship with renowned suppliers in Asia and The Middle East, we are able to procure material and equipment as per unique client requirement (s).

REDCO aids clients in project based purchasing (FF&E and OS&E), effectively managing every aspect from budget creation to delivery and installation. This clientele cuts across: Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare, Industry and Government.
