Yohannes holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from Asmara University, Eritrea, M.Sc. in Construction Management/QS from Heriot Watt University, UK. He is also Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK, Project Management Professional (PMP), USA.
Co-Founder and Managing Director of REDCO International, Yohannes has successfully grown the business into one of the leading companies in Africa with office in Uganda, Dubai, U.A.E., South Sudan & Cote D Ivoire.
Under Yohannes direction, REDCO has expanded its services portfolio from General Civil & Building Construction to include Solar Power Solution with a range of products and services such as Panels, battery storage, Solar Pumps and etc.
Prior to REDCO, Yohannes worked in Senior Product Development roles for leading financial institutions across Middle East & Africa including Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Angola, South Sudan, and etc.
